With Spin, Toning. Start with 30 minutes of heart-pumping Tred N' Shed: Experience the benefits of this cardiovascular class taught on the treadmill in addition to toning with weights in the Aerobics room. This class utilizes sprints and slow walks with various ramp heights. Zumba: Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Ab Attack: Concentrated abdominal and lower back strengthening with upper body work as well, followed by a deep stretch. Tighten Up: Resistance training for full body with a concentration on Abs with resistance tubes and ball. It's a surprise each week! Sculpt: Increase your strength and improve your definition while working your muscular endurance. All fitness levels welcome. Ultimate Conditioning: It's the next level of training. Your muscular strength and endurance will be tested when combined with cardiovascular movement.
