Ab Attack: Get that 6 pack you have always wanted! Athletic Challenge: If you are bored with your workout or feel you’ve hit a plateau this class is for you. A challenging class that will help build strength, endurance, and flexibility. And maybe those few extra pounds. Buns 'n Guns: Focus on those trouble spots with hard work, focused on sculpting your glutes, legs and arms. Boot Camp: This class is for all fitness levels! Push yourself to the max! This class involves 3 minutes of cardio, 2 minutes of sculpting, and 1 minute of ab work set up in a class situation with different stations. Cardio Mix-Up: This fun interval training will get your heart rate up with 30 minutes of spin and muscle toning from head to toe. Fat Burning Pilates/Sculpt: 30 minutes of ballet infused standing Pilates using light weights to build strength with a combination of 30 minutes of mat Pilates focusing on core, abs, and glutes. Fitness Fusion: Tired of the same old traditional workout? This class is for you! A combination of Zumba Fitness, Butt 'n Gut and Total body weight training in one exhilarating workout. Kickboxing: A cardiovascular workout with a martial art style of kicks and punches that will dramatically shape and sculpt your body. Monster Mix: Athletic step, kickboxing, intense cardio and weight training all rolled into one amazing workout. Muscle Makeover: Create definition in all the right places! Tighten Up: This class will give you a head to toe. Tred N' Shed: This class combines an intense cardio workout on the treadmill with weight training for the ultimate workout.
