Class Descriptions


Athletic Challenge: Athletic Challenge is Balance/Core/Strength training using the Bosu Ball, Bands, and weights, ending with a Yoga stretch. 

Cardio Box Sculpt: Cardio Box Sculpt is a high energy, high impact blend of kicks and punches set to upbeat music. This class is the perfect combination of martial arts, boxing and cardiovascular training with body sculpting added for that extra toned look.

Boot Camp: Boot camp is a high energy, high impact blend of kicks and punches set to upbeat music. This class is the perfect combination of martial arts, boxing and cardiovascular training with calisthenics.

Spin: A fantastic heart-pumping workout. Taught on a stationary bike you will climb, sprint, and train to
incredible music and extraordinary instruction.

Power Spin: An intense, fast paced 30 minute workout.

S.T.A.R. Treatment: Everyone's a star..... With Spin, Toning. Start with 30 minutes of heart-pumping
spin, followed by a total body sculpt session.

Tred N' Shed: Experience the benefits of this cardiovascular class taught on the treadmill in addition to toning with weights in the Aerobics room. This class utilizes sprints and slow walks with various ramp heights.

Zumba: Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.

Ab Attack: Concentrated abdominal and lower back strengthening with upper body work as well, followed by a deep stretch.

Tighten Up: Resistance training for full body with a concentration on Abs with resistance tubes and ball. It's a surprise each week!

Sculpt: Increase your strength and improve your definition while working your muscular endurance. All fitness levels welcome.

Ultimate Conditioning: It's the next level of training. Your muscular strength and endurance will be tested when combined with cardiovascular movement. A total body workout that is challenging and feels like you're training one-on-one with a private trainer. Great for all levels of fitness!

Yoga: All levels are welcome! You never forget your first time and we hope you remember everything you learn in this fundamental yoga class.

Buff Yoga: Yoga postures that dynamically flow together to strengthen, stretch and relax.

Power Yoga: An eclectic group of challenging moves that flow together. This class is for all levels. Please inform
               the instructor of your level and she will adjust your workout accordingly.

Yoga Extreme: Yoga postures known as asanas are dynamically flowed together to strengthen, stretch,
               and relax.

Yoga Fusion: A blend of both yoga and pilates that concentrates on balance and strength.
